Chief Learning Officer (Immediate Requirement to join within this month)

- To play an active role in the strategic development of the Beyondskool as a concept

- To be fully accountable for the quality of courses offered

- Support the implementation of Beyond Kool's learning Principles, establishing a clear and purposeful learning platform, curriculum, structure, and courses.

- Contribute in creating engaging programs of study and intervention

- Overall responsibility for all curriculum matters, developing holistic and thematic approaches to learning that meet the needs of individuals

- Overall responsibility for the quality of teaching and learning, monitoring and evaluating its effectiveness and impact. Work closely with the teacher development team to ensure quality delivery, by ensuring the quality of teachers, performance management of teachers.

- Work with the Category / Product & Teacher development team to create & offer new courses

- Work with illustrators and frontend developers to design innovative and engaging interactivities and assessment

Ideal Candidate

- 10+ Years of Experience as Academic / Curriculum head with Ed Tech/ Educational Institution with a degree in education management

- Strong conceptual understanding of K-12 curricular and co-curricular programs

- Exposure to basic principles of general pedagogy

- Ability to visualize and present content in a very engaging manner which is student-friendly

- Experience in creating and producing content for Ed-tech platforms

- Experience in storyboarding and scriptwriting for educational content

- Experience working as a full-time teacher in a top-tier institution

- Experience in companies like iDiscoveri, Xseed, Callido learning, Lido learning etc.
