Chief Investment Officer/Head - Land Acquisition

- Lead the sourcing and subsequent management of end to end land investment transactions including underwriting deals, deal structuring, and landlord relationship management.

- Must have been involved in working for a PE-backed developer / institutional set-up which has a structured process in place for investments.

- Must have rich experience in creating business plans to analyze cash flow and returns, source capital and close negotiations to present feasible deals to the investment committee and other stakeholders.

- Minimum of 15 years of work experience

Location: Mumbai

- Sound experience in Land sourcing and transaction management for land parcels (Minimum 100 acres)

- 7 - 10 years of hands-on experience in the markets in land and land transactions management within

a) Maharashtra

b) NCR

c) Kolkata

d) Karnataka

Knowledge/ hands-on experience of all the above markets is a must.
