Chief Investment Officer - BFS (12-20 yrs)

Functional Responsibilities / KPIs :


- Chief Investment Office will be responsible to bring quality advice to our wealth clients.

- Will identify and communicate investment opportunities, as well as market risks to support our clients in preserving and growing their wealth

- Investment Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive investment strategies tailored to the unique financial objectives, risk tolerance, and preferences of our clients.

- Portfolio Management: Oversee the management of client portfolios, ensuring that asset allocations are optimized for risk and return. Monitor portfolio performance and make necessary adjustments.

- Risk Management: Implement robust risk management processes to safeguard client investments and maintain adherence to regulatory compliance.

- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities and potential risks. Stay informed about market trends, economic developments, and relevant geopolitical factors.

- Asset Allocation: Determine appropriate asset allocation strategies, taking into account market conditions, client goals, and risk profiles.

- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of investment professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.

- Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with Relationship Managers to understand client needs and provide timely and relevant investment insights. Participate in client meetings as needed.

- Compliance: Ensure all investment activities adhere to regulatory guidelines and compliance standards set by relevant authorities.

- Performance Reporting: Generate regular reports on investment performance and communicate results to clients, management, and stakeholders

Job Requirements:

- Qualifications MBA Preferred

- Experience Min 12+ years relevant experience in Banking and Wealth domain on the investment side

- Functional Competencies Strong understanding of the wealth management industry

- Understanding of Financial products
