Roles and Responsibilities:

The responsibilities would include the following but not limited to the same:

- Providing investment advice to help the organization meet its long-term financial objectives.

- Evaluating the performance of the organization's current assets and identifying areas that could be improved.

- Monitoring the performance of various investment strategies against benchmarks such as market indices or industry standards.

- Recommending changes to the organization's investment policies based on current market conditions.

- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, ethical standards, and licensing requirements.

- Managing investments in stocks, bonds, and other securities for the organization.

- Managing an organization's assets by developing a long-term investment strategy and overseeing its implementation

- Participating in research activities such as analyzing economic trends, industry developments, and company performance

- Serving as a liaison between the organization and external investment managers

- Write clear and well-informed investment recommendations based on thorough research and analysis.

- Organize regular investment reports and reviews, including quantitative and qualitative portfolio studies.

- Attend annual meetings, review quarterly financial statements, and remain up-to-date with any important valuation or policy changes.

Qualification: CA/MBA in Finance

Quality of Experience :

- A minimum of 8-12 years related experience.

- Strong experience leading, supervising, and motivating a team of investment professionals..

- Strategic thinker and proficient in decision-making.

- Ability to communicate effectively and in a professional manner.
