Chief Investment Officer

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Investment Leadership:

- Drive high-impact investment strategies to maximize shareholder value and significantly grow the companys market capitalization.

Capital Structure Optimization:

- Develop and execute plans to eliminate debt, strengthen the balance sheet, and optimize capital allocation for sustainable growth.

Fundraising & Capital Markets:

- Lead all equity and debt fund-raising activities, including private placements, public offerings, and structured financing.

Corporate Finance & Treasury:

- Oversee cash flow management, capital planning, and treasury operations with a sharp focus on financial health and risk management.

Mergers & Acquisitions:

- Identify, evaluate, and execute M&A opportunities aligned with the companys growth strategy. Lead due diligence, valuation, negotiations, and integration.

Diversification Strategy:

- Champion new business verticals and market expansion opportunities to diversify the companys portfolio and revenue streams.

Investor Relations:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and other key stakeholders. Represent the company at investor meetings, conferences, and earnings calls.

Financial Strategy & Insights:

- Collaborate closely with the CEO, Board, and executive leadership to shape and implement long-term financial strategies aligned with company goals.
