Chief Information Officer/Vice President - Technology

- B. Tech (IT) with 15+ Years of experience in Managing in-house IT Setup

- Key Competencies - Networking (LAN, WAN, VLAN etc.), including Firewall / VPN

- Data Center Operation with server (blade) and application (Microsoft & .net, Web based) set up including SAN Storage and Backup Management tools (data protector)

- Operating Systems (Windows & Linux (preferably Suse)

- Database Management (DB2, Oracle, SQL RDBMS)

- Virtualization (VMware)

- SAP (ECC 6.x) all modules

- Information Security (preferably ISO27001)

- Information and Communication technologies

- Stake holder Management and

- Vendor Management

- Business Acumen

- Managing Stakeholders & Change

- Strategic Orientation

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Work with various stakeholders across the group organizations in bringing value with the technologies

- Provide IT Support to the Group for the existing set-up and improve the technology and value addition

- Manage internal team of 10+ by providing the required guidance and leadership.

- Manage IT related budgets

- Engage and manage various partners providing expert support required, including but not limited to the System Administration, Virtualization, SAP, and Network Management.

- Zero or near Zero downtime (99.9%) of business-critical business systems

- Zero or near Zero incidents related to security breach

- On-time and with-in budget IT project implementations related to network, application development, SAP roll-outs and Enhancement of SAP functionality

- Meet all compliance related targets of IT systems for business operations (Waste management, vehicle tracking, etc.)
