Reporting to: MD & CEO

Reporting in : This is a team handling role that has 8-10 professionals directly reporting and a total reportees of 25 professionals.


Educational :

- Engineering degree; MBA would be preferred

Professional :

- Relevant experience in SAP implementations

- Introduction of new digital technologies, predictive data analytics and managing IT Infrastructure.

Responsibilities :

- Responsible for aligning IT objectives and programs to organization objectives and strategies.

- Manage IT resources to implement enterprise strategies. Provide technology vision and leadership for developing and implementing IT initiatives to help the organization maintain a competitive edge

- Create and implement a long term IT roadmap for the company that covers Applications, Infrastructure, Process, and Digitization which meets both current and future needs.

- Bridge the gap between business and technology in a way that helps the business take a leap forward

- SAP usage, downtime, support SLAs and enhancements

- Team Retention rates

- Innovations brought into usage

- New technologies implementation (projects) and their successful integration
