Job Responsibilities:
- The incumbent will be leading the IT and facilitating the Digitization initiatives initiated by the company
- To build efficiencies and effective utilization of SAP that has been implemented.
- To creating a digital platform for dealers and customers to enable transactions online
- To optimize production inventory, product, and market-related decisions and enable real-time visibility of operations from manufacturing to retail and enterprise sales
- To oversee all technology operations and evaluate them according to established goals.
- To facilitate the designing and implementation of company digital strategies
- To ensure smooth operation and monitoring for all digital tools and applications (e.g. website, blogs, and social media)
Desired Candidates Profile:
- B.Tech / MCA degree is a must.
- Proven working experience in related areas.
- Good communication skills.
- Out of the box thinker.
- Good team management skills.
- Integrity and ethics are non-negotiable.
- 18+ years of experience.
