Chief Information Officer/IT Head - BFSI

We are looking for an experienced CIO (Chief Information Officer) to oversee the use of Information technology (IT) in the company.

Role Purpose: The Chief Information Officer (CIO) is responsible for developing and implementing the overall information technology strategy and structure to enable the organization to achieve its current and future objectives.

Besides being an infrastructure manager, visionary & operations manager, big thinker, and external-facing technologist, there are ten business requirements for the CIO:

1. Identify new technologies

2. Exploit new technologies

3. Integrate new technologies

4. Leverage technology across Business Units

5. Execute the business strategy

6. Execute on revenue generation initiatives

7. Increase cost effectiveness

8. Enhance internal client relationships

9. Enhance communications and collaboration

10. Build out or leverage existing IT infrastructure

11. Design and customize technological systems and platforms to improve customer experience.
