Summary :
- Reporting to the Global CIO, the APAC Regional Chief Information Officer (CIO) serve as a single point of accountability for an integrated plan and roadmap to deliver a distinctive, transparent, cost effective and reliable technology platform to deliver and support the business client, product and partners priorities within the APAC region.
- Responsible for managing multiple functions, providing leadership and guidance to subordinate managers.
- Overall accountability for the performance management and career development for partners within the region.
Experience Required :
1. A College or University degree in Computer Science/Engineering and/or relevant proven work experience is required. MBA, MS or advanced degree preferred.
2. Experience in systems/technology leadership; with at least 7 of those years in a senior management capacity within financial services.
3. MUST have: Experience working in the financial sector, with knowledge of markets, trading, back office operations required
4. Proficiency in directing people, projects, resources, budgets, and vendors.
5. Proven ability to develop, recruit and build a high performing execution and support team.
6. Experience working outside of India, in countries like the US, UK, Singapore, Hong Kong or Australia, preferred
