Our client is an Indian diversified financial services company headquartered in Mumbai. They are backed by noted Canadian investors as well as UK Government's Private equity arm. They are looking for a seasoned dynamic Technology professional who has worked extensively on the digitization agenda.

Job Description : 

- Developing strategic plans and setting timelines for evaluation, development, and deployment of all technical, web, and mobile services. Setting company technical vision and leading company's technological development.


- Collaborate with the leadership in setting up the company strategy, especially regarding product development, infrastructure and Information security.


- Lead the software development and integration from a digitization perspective - mobile app, payment gateways


- Monitoring web analytics and making recommendations that align to business goals.


- Consolidate technology platforms and create plans for each revenue streams.

- Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage.


- Oversee all system design; supervise system infrastructure/ architecture to ensure functionality and efficiency.


- Strategic and tactical planning, product development and coordination of IT processes, systems and resources - Aligning with business team to standardize and automate the current and new business requirements and processes


- Build quality assurance and data protection processes


- Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance


Profile : 

Work experience - 15-18 years of work experience

UG : B.Tech/B.E. - IT/Computer Science

University : IIT/NIT/Bits Pilani/NSIT
