- Minimum 20 Years with experience of providing services in a large multi location manufacturing organization using SAP/ ERP and at least 3 years- experience as a CIO/CTO. Technology upgradation, technology utilization plans and overall management of technology resources of the company. 3. Keeping abreast of new trends and the best practices in the technology space. 4. Work closely with business (Marketing, Operations, and Development) to define technology enhancement required to facilitate business growth and Profitability. 5. Thinking ahead and bring to the table the technology for key business decisions. 6. Technology Compliance &amp; System Implementation (e.g. - SAP functional audit), VAPT Review, ITGC Audit. 7. Bring in latest trends and technology Applications and tools like Enterprise Performance Management etc. 8. To secure Information &amp; Data Assets of the company with latest security tools &amp; technology (Firewall, Data League Prevention, Data Back up Management etc) 9. Facilitate in MIS generation &amp; reporting by facilitating the business with reports, which facilitate decision-making business tracking e.g. COP trends over a period. Pricing comparisons, Share of Business reports, Budget vs Actual repositories. 10. Configuring business operation changes in the SAP ( Eg: Changes in Price Approval forms, Changes in RTM etc ) 11. Configuring the Changes required in SAP to meet the Compliance Needs of different functions / Departments ( Eg: Internal Service Compliance ( ISD) in GST etc ) 12. Update the System for Monitoring Authorizations and access rights of IT assets, resources and data . 13. Update &amp; Maintain IT Networks uptime and reduce downtime. 14. Keep the IT infrastructure update and with latest features available with the resource provider( Eg : SAP Servers, emailing networks, etc ) 15. Facilitating in Design of IT support required in New Establishments of the Company 16. Technology Interphase &amp; Integration with business partners &amp; service providers. 17. Facilitating Human resources effective ness in the organization by providing state of the art technology support ( Like Zoom, Mobile apps and similar applications . 18. Develop and enhance the capabilities of Business Intelligence and Business warehousing in the Organization .
