Roles & Responsibilities :

New Digital Technology Implementation :

- Map digital capabilities to strategic priorities; serve as the executive sponsor for digital process innovation.

- Initiate programmes to deliver Digital projects to improve customer or stakeholder experience, improves revenue and helps in reducing costs.

- Drive digital transformation & focus on the latest technological innovations while also improving customer engagement.

- Lead change management initiatives for the programmes.

- SAP Implementation and Support

- Develop a roadmap for SAP based on IT strategy that is derived from business plans.

- Implementation of new SAP modules, enhancements as per business growth and needs.

IT Infrastructure :

- Responsible for overseeing technology projects including MS Active Directory, VoIP solutions, VPN, LAN/WAN services, Data Center, Virtual Server and System consolidations UNIX and SAN technology implementations and changes.

- Enable continuous improvement in IT operations and system performance.

- Support and consult in identification & Implementation of infrastructure that would enable competitive advantage for the business.

- Long and medium term systems architecture strategic planning and implementation.

- Planning and implementation of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

- Ensure compliance with Enterprise IT change control policies and procedures.

People Management :

- Undertake Performance Reviews for direct reports.

- Ability to manage multiple teams (internal and external) globally.

- Responsible for continuous improvement of performance of team members through policy, process and training in line with company standards.

- Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, planning and directing responsibilities; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining of reports, addressing issues and resolving problems.

- Productivity of the development team, stability and continuous improvement of systems reliability and performance.

- The ideal candidate comes with a Post Graduate with a focus in Digitization. The candidate must have at least of 12+ years of experience with hands on experience in new digital technologies, predictive data analytics & managing IT infrastructure and SAP implementation exposure to a process Industry.

- The incumbent will be responsible for aligning IT objectives and programs to organization objectives and strategies. Manage IT resources to implement enterprise strategies. Provide technology vision and leadership for developing and implementing IT initiatives to help the organization maintain a competitive edge
