Chief Information Officer - BFSI (15-25 yrs)

Our client is a large BFSI Organization based in Bangalore. They are looking to hire a CIO for their organization at this time. This is a critical position and needs to be filled in quickly.

The incumbent will be responsible for :

- Overseeing & Strategising the entire technology and data landscape

- Managing stakeholders and drive org strategy

- Delivery of software projects with quality code

- Business and technology architecture and leading the Engineering & Digitization teams

- Management of IT infrastructure systems & policies (incl SLA, BCP etc)

- Information Risk & Security & Governance over data

To qualify for this, you should :

- Exp between 15 and 24 years

- Exp as a CIO / IT Head with a 1500cr + orgn for 3 years

- Have experience in a Consumer facing organization (FMCG, BFSI, Retail, Telecom etc)

- Have experience of effectively managing Application development, Infrastructure & Infosec teams

- Preferably have managed Application development and management for a large field force with changing priorities

- Have some experience in leading the Digitization strategy

- Have ability to manage large teams and processes

- Great communication / leading skills

- Ready to relocate to Bangalore

What's not going to work :

- No consumer facing Business Application development

- No exp in app dev

- Only APDM experience with no experience in managing Infra/Infosec

- Only experience in Software organizations or IT Organizations

- Current compensation less than 45 LPA

Budget for this role is approx INR 60 to 80 LPA
