Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)

- You will be responsible to drive end-to-end Human Resources agenda for India from hiring to compensation and benefits, learning & development to talent management

- You will work very closely with the senior stakeholders and business heads to drive organization culture and foster growth

- Standardize/Improve existing processes and polices

Ideal Candidate:

- At least 18 years of experience in HR with at least 6-8 years heading HR is required

- Language proficiency in Malayalam is a MUST

- Experience working in Manufacturing ecosystem ( Multiple plant) is a must

- Candidate should have worked with Unionized employees in their career and should have experience negotiating long term settlements

- Candidates who have helped their organizations with successful completion of IPO will be highly preferred
