My client is known globally for their exceptionally fast growth in the past few years. As a part of their growth trajectory going forward, they are currently looking for a Head HR/ CHRO based at Gurgaon.

Description

- Improving talent management and ensure leadership development and talent pipeline

- Planning to Build future leadership

- Ensuring Organisation's strategy, values and business behaviour are spread through the Company, and well communicated

- Evaluating and Implementing Compensation and Benefits strategy

- Reinforcing an organisational culture that is able to support the achievement of the business goals in line with Organisation's expectations and strategies

- Conceptualising and implementing policies for effective management of available human resources and development of human capital across the organisation.

- Overseeing the implementation of Human Resources programs through Human Resources staff. Monitors administration to established standards and procedures. Identifies opportunities for improvement and resolves any discrepancies

Profile

You will be full time Post Graduate in MBA with a minimum of 10 years of experience in HR being able to work in a fast paced environment. Furthermore you should have handled scale and come with an inclination to work in tech savvy organisation.
