- CHRO responsibilities include designing and evaluating career paths, overseeing all HR functions and crafting strategies that meet our business goals. Role plays a key role to transform the organization into modern, productive and inclusive workspace. Secure long-term growth by leading and guiding the Unit HR teams towards training, talent acquisition and career development activities.

- Advocate fresh strategies for talent acquisition, allocation and development; diversity and inclusion programs that drive long-term financial performance and build workforce credibility and trust.

- To demonstrate how getting the right people into the right roles at the right time will turbocharge clinical and business performance; develop business case, using data and analytics to anchor recommendations on policy, process and programs

- Craft talent acquisition strategies to build strong pipelines for future hiring needs

- Formulate career development plans

- Promote inclusion in the workplace and reinforce our position as an equal opportunity employer

- Ensure our hiring, onboarding and management procedures are effective for diverse groups

- Create or re-engineer HR positions to take over more routine functions so they can focus on high-value initiatives like engagement, culture-building and leveraging technology and data analytics; Lead employer branding efforts (like recruitment marketing)

- Executive Succession ~ build awareness of the nature and potential impact of executive and clinical leader turnover. Long-term succession planning to prevent a turnover crisis and encourage development of internal candidates for C-Suite positions

- Performance Improvement: Orchestrate a comprehensive process for performance improvement and compensation planning

- Supervise Unit HR Heads and Employee Relations

- Assist C-Suite colleagues hone skills in communication, collaboration, team building, and organizational development.

- Evaluate training and development programs

- Develop HR policies for all branches, countries, regions

- Analyze the effectiveness of our HR procedures and tools

- Ensure HR plans align with our mission and business objectives
