Job Title / Designation: Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) - Mumbai The Organization (About the Client): Our Client is a young fast paced leading Indian player supporting in building the Healthcare infrastructure set-up, pan India and in select international markets. The Assignment (The Role / Job Description): An individual who is pro at People Management, has a commanding personality to manage a large workforce of more than 12000 employees. CHRO - reporting to Managing Director and based out of Mumbai. - The role is supported by team of HR professionals. - The incumbent will be responsible for leading the HR strategy aligned with Business objectives. - Will be responsible for designing and executing HR programs in strategic areas of Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, PMS, Succession Planning, Organization Design &amp; Development, L &amp;D, Total Rewards, ER&amp; IR and HR Operations. - Will be working very closely with Senior Stakeholders and provide thought leadership with respect to HR/Talent Needs of the organization. The Person (Candidate Details): Experience i) Age : 45-50 yrs ii) Male / Female iii) MBA in HR from Premier Institute iv) Have a strong HR &amp; IR experience of more than 15 years and last couple of years in a Strategic leadership role dealing extensively with senior leadership- MD/Promoters/Board. v) Strong experience of working in Manufacturing /Services sectors with large employee base of more than 10000 plus. vi) Knowledge of handling Blue collar employees and dealing with Unions will be handy. vii) Experience of managing scale and growth viii) Excellent Communication and People Skills Work Experience: 18 yrs TO 25 yrs Job Location: Mumbai
