Description - You will be responsible for spearheading the HR function and implement business knowledge, and human resources expertise to develop and drive strategic business plans for entire gamut of HR spectrum like Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Performance Management, Campus Hiring, and Employee Escalations

Job Description : 

- Work with business teams on manpower planning and hiring

- Manpower Planning, Budgeting, Approvals and Sanctions etc. Responsible for talent hiring across SBUs for all the levels. 


- Institutionalize complete automation of the hiring function and ensure hiring through the system. Leadership Hiring, Recruitment Consultant engagement and contracts, Mid and Senior level hiring along with workforce management across operating / new project sites. Critical Positions


 - Identification and Gap filling, Business Continuity Plan. Campus Hiring Programme for Management and Graduate Engineer Trainees.


- Employee Life Cycle Management - Responsible for ensuring smooth induction of employee, On Boarding procedure Compliance, COBC Compliance, Employee transition to SBU, Probation and Confirmation etc.

- Build all training and development systems in place for all employees

- Carry out and monitor employee performance management initiatives across verticals

- Ensure process and policy adherence across functions, with a focus on delivering best-in class customer experience

- Carry out initiatives for employee satisfaction and happiness

- Organizational Development initiatives, Great Place to work for Survey and Certification, Employee Engagement Programmes and Calendar.

- Leading training and development initiatives - Leadership programmes, Young Leaders Programme, Institutionalize A-University. Project Management and Behavioral Programme.

- Leading Comp and Benefits Benchmarking surveys leading to Comp Banding.

- Streamline Automation of HR Modules with the current HR Process. Policy Preparing and Building and Diligence with Impact. Diversity Governance and Compliance against Statutory norms.

Profile :

- 8 to 15 years of professional work experience across HR functions

- Ideal candidates would have worked at FMCG companies or in high growth startups

- Masters or MBA from top colleges / universities

- Exceptional interpersonal, communication and influencing skills and an ability to navigate a complex and unstructured cross-functional environment

- Excellent leadership abilities

- Deep expertise in understanding of HR function
