Job Description :
- Work with business teams on manpower planning and hiring
- Manpower Planning, Budgeting, Approvals and Sanctions etc. Responsible for talent hiring across SBUs for all the levels.
- Institutionalize complete automation of the hiring function and ensure hiring through the system. Leadership Hiring, Recruitment Consultant engagement and contracts, Mid and Senior level hiring along with workforce management across operating / new project sites. Critical Positions
- Identification and Gap filling, Business Continuity Plan. Campus Hiring Programme for Management and Graduate Engineer Trainees.
