CHRO for a reputed Chemical manufacturing company


Job Summary :


- The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing HR strategies that align with the overall business objectives of the organization.


- The CHRO will report directly to the Managing Director and will be responsible for managing all aspects of the HR function, including talent acquisition, retention, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.

Job Location: Corporate HQ at Gurgaon.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business objectives of the organization

- Collaborate with other members of the Leadership Team to align HR strategies with the company's overall strategy

- Develop and manage HR policies and procedures that comply with applicable laws and regulations

- Ensure that the HR department is delivering high-quality services and programs to employees

- Lead talent acquisition and retention efforts to ensure that the company attracts and retains top talent

- Manage employee relations issues and ensure that the company has a positive work environment

- Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs that are competitive in the industry and align with the company's overall strategy

- Develop and manage performance management systems that help employees achieve their goals and align with the company's overall strategy

- Ensure that the company is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations related to HR

Requirements:

- MBA in HR, preferably from a leading B School

- 15 - 20 years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment

- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with overall business objectives

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively

- Experience with HR information systems and technology

- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
