Job Requirements

A. Strategic:

a. Build up Region as a worldwide reference for best in class HR practices

b. Design and execute a Human Capital and HR strategy to support the Business Objectives of the various businesses in Asia.

C. Talent Management

a. Ensure that Region becomes the preferred choice for talent in the industry, and the first choice for headhunters.

b. Collaborate with BU heads to ensure appropriate talent is identified, recruited, developed, deployed, promoted, and retained to enable the business to deliver on the business strategy.

D. Collaboration

a. Provide counsel to Asia BU and HR Heads on people issues; i.e. career planning, compensation, and leadership development which foster a people centric culture.

b. Work collaboratively with BU HR Heads to determine a common approach to similar requirements, exchange best practises, leverage synergies,

E. Culture and Values

a. Ensure that Vision, Mission and Values of the group are understood by and implemented at all levels.

b. Lead to achieve Vision: To be recognized by our customers, employees, suppliers and peers as being the best in the industry.
