General Description :
- A role which requires an incumbent to work closely with the Board of directors and Management to drive Strategic HR for the group, in turn helping the organization from HR standpoint to achieve 3-5-10 yrs business plans
- A role where the incumbent must drive end-to-end People Agenda for 4 Plants in India and 2 plants overseas locations
- The incumbent would be the driver of change and would be responsible for organizational transformation on multiple subsets of HR like TA, PMS, C&B, Employee Engagement and Organization Development
Education & experience fitment :
- Min 15 yrs Experience of HR
- Min 10 yrs Experience of Managing Plant Sites & Manufacturing Sites
- MBA-MSW HR and PhD as added Advantage
- Technology Usage & Exposures: Either SAP, ERP, Oracle HR suit
FUNCTIONAL skills:
- Exposures to Subset of HR as below
- Strategic HR HR Budgeting, HR Business Planning, Workforce Planning & Overall no of plants managed, as well strengths (manpower) FTE + Contractual managed
- PMS Type of Systems & Framework (Either managed or developed) and the type of HR software and tools usages
- Talent Acquisition Type of involvement and his/her role on the TA function
- Organizational Development Type of OD assignments engaged and managed or supervised.
- IR Dynamics Capability to Manage larger unions, workforce unions and track record of settlements done
