The company is a leading eCommerce player based in Mumbai

As a CHRO who will be leading the HR vertical across India will be reporting to the Cofounders and responsible for:

- Setting up entire HR department

- Setting up and managing end to end employee relationship and engagement

- Designing and implementing HR Analytics framework

- Deploying and managing processes for talent scouting, talent development, performance management and career progression

- Identifying core issues leading to employee attrition and work with business to design and implement solutions to reduce the attrition

- Grow and develop the HR vertical along with managing a large team

Requirements:

- Must have a TOP B SCHOOL full-time MBA

- Bachelors/Master's in Engineering is good to have

- Strong with the overall HR gamut of work

- Must have managed a team and senior stakeholders

- Should be from Startup
