The company is a fintech startup, offering innovative and personalised solutions in a historically traditional space. This rapidly growing and well-funded company (backed by leading PE investors) is looking for a CHRO to enhance the organisations human resources by strategizing and working with the business heads to plan and implement human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Responsibilities:
- The CHRO will be responsible for all HR strategies and programs across the organisation
- Develop a thorough understanding of the business and its performance drivers in order to develop and deliver effective HR programs and practices
- Work closely with the CEO and the executive team to develop and execute human capital strategies that effectively support and enhance the overall business strategies.
- Direct the strategic framework for training and development, performance evaluation, retention strategy, staffing, induction and on-boarding, talent planning, employee engagement etc.
- Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards and oversee statutory compliance
- Review and redesign corporate human resources policies, procedures, programs, and practices to enable business goals
Qualifications/Requirements
- 12+ years- experience in HR
- Start up or e-commerce experience is a plus, not mandatory
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with an adaptive mind-set and ability to apply structure and strategy in a rapidly evolving environment
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Be updated on HR best practices in the industry
- Ability to lead, mentor and grow the team as required
- PG/MBA - HR from a reputable institute
