Experience you would be expected to have : - Should have managed large scale people projects at a country/ region which impact the business outcomes significantly - it would be desirable if the person has experience of working with a CHRO/ HR DIRECTOR's office as chief of staff - Prefer Candidates from IIM /XLRI ( but not mandatory. Past Performance will be the main criteria)
