Head of learning and development
- Developing and implementing strategic plans for learning and development, including identifying training needs, and developing training programs to address them
- Collaborating with senior leadership to develop learning journeys in areas such as leadership development & skill Development
- Provide guidance and counselling to employees on personal development issues related to career planning and goal setting
- Transforming employee performance through coaching, counselling, training, and skilling when necessary
- Creating learning culture through communication strategies that align with company values
- Developing training materials and providing training services to employees to ensure they are meeting Organisation/Leadership expectations
- Will partner with Head- OD in dovetailing learning maps/journeys in line with our Talent Management framework
- Developing and implementing a succession plan for key positions in the organization, including identifying future leaders and creating development plans for them
- Reviewing new technologies for training applications and recommending effective uses to leadership
