Role Description - Chief Growth Officer

The Management Committee delegates responsibility to the Growth Officer who will be responsible for driving the revenues for Campus Students Communities.

Accountable to :

1. CEO

6. Honorary Board

Chief Accountability :

1. On Campus Asset Lite - Existing Hostel Infrastructure + F&B + O&M&SRCC

2. On Campus Asset Heavy - JD, Purchase (Greenfield, Brownfield)

3. On Campus - Edumeals

Job Mapping will include :

Growth Funnel :

- Take overall responsibility for the success of the business. Heading revenue, growth and marketing for developing new business.

- Researching the needs of other potential university partners and learning who makes decisions about partnering with us.

- Networks effectively with other Education Affiliates directors of student services and Education Affiliates corporate personnel in order to gain additional acquisitions and traffic growth.

- Collaborate with University Facilities Department to execute a facility management program including a responsive repair request system with low call back volume, a well- regulated housekeeping program, and ongoing quality improvement efforts.

- Network and develop relationships with global organizations in the sector.

- Prefer if understanding of the real estate sector in India.

- Good understanding and interest in incorporating technology with business.

Execution of Projects :

- Manage portions of the operating budget. Includes developing annual budget proposals, presenting budgets to University for approval, ensuring all expenditures fall within budget expectations, planning for unexpected expenses, tracking and approving expenditures, submitting monthly budget variance explanations, and communicating with corporate accountant.

- Knowledge and understanding of raising funds through private equity/ venture capital firms.

- Must understand the macro knowledge of IT, HR, F&B (Food & Beverages), O&M (Facility Management), PMT (Project Management Team), BD (Business Development), Finance & SRCC (Student Relationship & Corporate Communication) Sustainability

- Fiscal oversight of an Annual Budget and creation of an Annual Plan

- Generate regular financial and maintenance reports

- Supervise creation and implementation of annual marketing plan to achieve full occupancy.

- Follows all procedures and standards as defined by Education Affiliates Inc.

- Asks for assistance from the director of education if he/she is uncertain of the appropriate action to handle any issue within the campus.

Efficient & Effective Management :

- Calendar planning to ensure equity across all disciplines and stakeholders

- Ensuring that policies and procedures exist for all areas are consistent with the College's ethos and requirements

- Macro & Micro Management of financial & other resources (financial, personnel and material) efficiently and effectively

- Representing campus needs or concerns to the Principal/ Dean.

- Mentor ship skills: To drive and be a role model for the entire team.
