Our client is India's leading digital ecosystem connecting farmers, local retailers and agri-input producers. They have developed the world's most downloaded app for farmers - millions of them use Plantix in order to identify diseases and nutrient deficiencies affecting their crops. They have built the country's largest digital B2B platform for agri-inputs - connecting tens of thousands of local retailers. They further support local retailers to provide optimised support to farmers.

They would love have you join their team of over 200 people. They are looking for a Chief Revenue Officer for our office in Indore. With them you will be able to bring positive change to farmers' lives and their local communities.

Who we are looking for

The role

- Partner with other members of the executive team to execute the company's strategic plan, and to develop future plans

- Ensure performance, strategy, and alignment of the organization's revenue-generating departments, especially our Sales and Marketing teams

- Drive aggressive business growth across all customer segments and profiles

- Improving the individual customer experience

- Help maximize reach and efficiency in a strategic way

- Build and foster creative teams committed to continuing our culture of innovation

- Monitor the revenue forecasts, adjusting as necessary to create sustainable growth

Your profile

- Over ten years in diversified leadership roles, driving and implementing revenue growth in a marketplace or ecommerce business

- Proven track record of growing revenue through new product development, marketing, branding, and partnerships

- Proven experience developing and executing business strategy

- Significant general management and P&L experience

- Ability to craft and execute a business strategy

- History of decision-making based on business metrics

- Inspirational leadership style and hands-on approach

- MBA preferred

- Strong communicator with excellent command of written and spoken English

- Strong presentation skills proven at the C-level
