Job Description :
1. An MBA with high logical acumen, excellent communication & presentation skills.
2. With 5+ Years of Exp in B2B sales, Digital Sales, Digital Marketing & Product management
3. Should have experience - selling- any B2B products/solutions to HR Leaders/Stakeholder; Should have that great connect with HR stakeholders.
4. Seasoned Sales & Marketing Leaders from HR Software Firms (ATS/HRMS/HR Workflow/Payroll/Job Portals, etc), Services (which are sold to HR Leaders) like Employee Services, L&D Services, Event Management, Employee Wellness Services, D&I Services, POSH Services, Diet and Nutrition Services, etc would be preferred.
5. Someone who has created & deployed successful Digital Marketing Campaigns targeted towards HR folks.
6. Someone who had led multiple large product portfolios - development, GTM strategies, handled sizeable P&Ls, designed channel partnership models etc.
