Chief Financial Operations/Finance Head - Financial Services Firm (10-18 yrs)

This is a CFO position heading End to End Finance function for the organization including undertaking financial controller responsibilities

This role will be responsible for compliance of the Company's financial and fiscal policies, providing leadership and coordination in business planning, financial performance, accounting and Budgeting efforts

Our client is a profitable startup providing social distribution tech platform in the financial services space, serving customers in 1000+ cities pan india, and a leading provider of full stack financial services.

Responsibilities include the following:

1. All aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures

2. Manage the finance function across revenue assurance, general accounting, FP&A, banking, direct & indirect taxation, and MIS

3. Lead Debt Fund Raise and lender relationship management

Assist the founders in equity raise and relationship management with investors

4. Prepare quarterly consolidated accounts and ensure compliance of financials with Accounting Standards

5. Monthly closing activities for MIS Reporting - Investor, Internal & Lenders

Ideal Candidate:

1. 10+ years of total experience, preferably from regulated Financial Service organizations

2. Minimum 2 years as finance controller/Finance head/CFO experience in an NBFC/fintech is mandatory

3. CA or MBA Finance from top tier institute - mandatory

4. Experience in debt fund raise

5. Has a deep understanding of Lending Financial Operations and is able to identify early indicators of risks

6. Experience in new age fintech NBFCs would be a plus

7. Proficiency and knowledge of Tally/MS Office Applications/ LMS tools, and ability to interact with stakeholders internal and external
