Job Description :
- Led successful merger of the company by way of share swap and cash
- Finalization of Accounts Indian and International entities.
- Treasury Management.
- Closed Due diligence, Agreements, SHA and compliance pre & post fund raising .
- Completion of Statutory Audit, Tax Audit and Transfer Pricing Audit.
- Budgeting & MIS, Management Reporting, Due diligence, Preparing reports for Investors.
- Working capital management, AR & AP controls
- Drafting & Executing Legal agreements and negotiating on commercials.
