The Group (About the Group):

Our client is a well-diversified group in the Service industry rapidly expanding operations in India, SEA & MENA.

The Organization (About the Client):

The group is expanding vertically & horizontally, in organically & inorganically and expects to double its turnover in the next 3 years

The Assignment:

To spearhead

a) Group Strategic Finance (Debt, Project Finance, Investor Relationship, JVs, etc.)

b) Group Compliances, Audit

c) Group Financial Control

The Person (Candidate Details)

I. Experience:

a) Around 45 - 50 yrs.

b) CA + CS / LLB + MBA preferred

c) No.1 in a Rs.1000 crore multi-company group or No.2. in a Rs.2000+ crore group

d) Start-up / Scale-up experience is a must - specially setting up robust Systems & Processes

e) Rich experience in Fund Raising & Fund Management, Working Capital, and Project Finance.

f) Should have handled Investor Relationships, Banks, and Development Funds etc.

g) Strong in Controls, Compliances, Audit, IT

II. Competence / Skills:

d) Strong Communications & People Skills

e) Rich experience in setting up Systems & Processes

Work Experience: 20 yrs TO 30 yrs
