Chief Financial Officer - Steel Industry

Heading finance, accounts liaison and legal functions for Biz operations of Steel Biz

Responsibility :-

- Financial performance: Reporting, analysis.

- Coordinate with sales team to ensure margins as per biz plans.

- Statutory compliances for the biz,in all aspects.

- Periodical review with Operations team .

- Variance referring to Budget, analysis and drawing monitoring corrective actions

- Implementing cost cutting measures and efficiency improvement initiatives

- Require 14 to 22 years of Exp. in Steel Industry only .

- Africa Exp. Preferable

- Analytical ability

- Understanding of extremely dynamic prices of Steel /Commodity products from various suppliers.

- Understanding of end-to-end cost and margins.

- Basic knowledge on company secretary function.

- Knowledge on audit compliance requirements.

- Exposure om working with good ERP
