This position is for an growing startup company based out of Bangalore and in the Agri Tech Domain Reporting into the CEO, you will be responsible for: - Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team - Lead the inorganic growth of the company through M&A and JV's if required - Work with Banks, PE/VC firms & Financial Institutions to raise funds as and when required - Providing business leaders with various business model to help meet operating margin targets - Ensuring correct accounting of all the transactions & payments, preparation & submission of all the financial statements periodically. - Ensuring the implementation and maintenance of control systems in Finance team - Ensuring the day to day operational requirements are met, within the required timelines with the help of Finance Team The Successful Applicant - CA with 10+ years of experience - Prior experience in raising funds (equity) - Good network in the PE/VC space - Robust experience in controllership, taxation and audit - Experience in leading and managing a team - Good communication skills to work with multiple stakeholders across the organization
