Chief Financial Officer - Startup

As a key member, the CFO assists on all strategic and tactical matters as they relate to management of finance, strategic planning activities, investment analysis and implementation, accounting, tax, legal, human resources, IT, and organizational administration and support, as well as, ensures necessary and effective controls and procedures remain in place to safeguard all assets and resources.

Job Role

- Ensure smooth functioning of day to day financial operations.

- Effectively manage the cash position, capital budgeting, cash flow from operating and financing activities

- Creation of investor reports and fundraising - prior experience of fund raising desirable

- Finance control, general accounting; timely closure of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts, financial reporting and compliances. Ad-hoc reporting / MIS activities.

- Manage direct and indirect taxation (GST, corporate tax, stat dues) with returns and tax audits. Transfer pricing with arms' length system. Implement regular advance tax, GST and TDS recon

Qualifications & Experiences:

- Must be a Qualified CA with min 12 years of work experience

- Any experience in working in start ups & fund raising would have a definite advantage
