We are looking for a dynamic CFO who can help steer the company from the launch stage to becoming a 200 Cr business in the next 3 years. This will involve setting up the right processes and systems, developing the right operating plan and financial budgets to manage the company's growth. Budgeting &amp; Controls: - Create, coordinate, and evaluate the financial controls and information systems - Develop appropriate key performance indicators to monitor and drive the financial performance of the Company; - Ensure effective internal controls are in place and take steps to enhance the internal control systems wherever necessary; - Oversee and monitor the Company's financial position, banking and financing activities and capital structure and monitor banking and financial covenants and hedging arrangements, as applicable; - Oversee the processes for identifying, assessing and managing the principal risks of the Company's business; - Ensure the adequacy of the Company's insurance coverage; - Accounts, Finance &amp; Compliance: - Oversee and monitor effective tax strategies and compliance for the Company; - Oversee and monitor information technology, leaseholds and procurement; - Coordinate the preparation of the Company's financial statements and management discussion and analysis (annual and interim); - Communicate transparently and coordinate the audit processes (and any special or non-recurring audit) with the Company's internal and external auditors; - Assist the Company's Audit Committee in performing its duties required under the applicable securities laws and the Audit Committee Charter; - Review and approve, in consultation with the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary, the Company's annual and interim earnings releases, financial statements and management discussion and analysis; - Financial Reporting &amp; Investor Relations: - Keep the Board aware of the financial position and development of the Company; - Ensure the information communicated to the public fairly portrays the financial position of the Company; - Establish and maintain lines of communication with the investor community and oversee the dissemination of the Company's press releases, annual report, communications with analysts and the media and investor relations; - Attend meetings of the Board and its Committees and present the financial information necessary/relevant to the Board or such Committee for discharging its duties;
