Chief Financial Officer - Shipping Industry

Role and responsibilities:

- The person will be reporting to the CEO and will be part of his Senior Management Team in terms of Company's overall actions, direction and strategy.

- In terms of day-to-day function, the person will be the Head of the Accounts/Finance/Legal teams and shall be responsible for all the Accounting, Finance(Capital raising, debt raising, Loan administration, etc.), Corporate Governance, and Legal (mainly on Company's corporate commercial and compliance aspects but excluding Shipping Industry compliance) with an administrative head role for HRD

Ideal attributes of the person will be as under:

- Age- 38-42 years.

- Energetic, Enthusiastic and pleasing impressive personality

- Qualified from a reputed institution in Finance and/or CA with primary/secondary education in top reputed school/colleges. A Law degree will be an added advantage.

- Excellent academic record from school to the end of education.

- Excellent Quantitative Analytical skills

- Excellent Communication Skills (written communication skills a must)

- High level of general awareness of Finance (International Finance awareness an added advantage) and commercial aspects of Business.

- Ideally should be an avid reader.
