Job Description :
- Lead the Finance department of the organization
- Pro-actively provide analysis on defined financial intervention points (pricing, cost mgmt. etc.)
- Create meaningful performance dashboard for the business that support decision making
- Take overall responsibility for people development initiatives and building up in-house capabilities for the employees in the department
- Drive a performance driven culture in the team by timely monitoring, review of performance parameters and feedback to the team members
- Direct the implementation of strategic business plans through initiatives like development of performance measures & monitoring systems
- Evaluate business performance and make adjustments to daily operations when needed to ensure firm's business performance meets overall goals and objectives
- Monitor the different financial performance metrics, plan & implement course correction measures
- Looking for candidates only from a services industry background
- Knowledge in legal, IT will be an additional plus
