Chief Financial Officer - Service Firm

Desired Experience :

15 - 18 years work experience in a large service industries, out of which 5- 7 years preferred experience in a leading Company from the IT Sector/services/education etc.

Desired Job Exposure :

- Finance & Treasury Management

- Hands-on-experience in Merger, Acquisition & Reconstruction

- Good understanding of Corporate Taxation including International Taxation, DTTA, GAAP etc.,

- Operational understanding of Consolidation & Finalization of Accounts, IndAS

- Practical knowledge in Secretarial & Legal

- Good business understanding

- ERP and digital services

- Working with businesses to create business models, revenue models, process simplification

- Global contracts management
