We have an opportunity for a Senior Director/ CFO with one of our clients in Mumbai We need a CA post qualification 15-20 years, responsible for the operational and strategic management of the finance function for the Services business line, including building and leading a professional finance department that is target driven, commercial and customer focused while ensuring compliance with statutory and accounting regulations. The responsibilities will include a strong accountability acumen. - Complete analysis of financial results for the Services division; - Develop recommendations (strategic and tactical). - Develop financial metrics to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Services business. - Experience in high-performing environments where Finance played an integral role in the execution of the business strategy. - Experience in the Financial and/or Technology sectors would be an advantage
