We are looking for A CFO from Retail/Internet background for one of our Series B funded clients. Responsibilities: 1. Oversee various accounting operations 2. Manage Billing, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition 3. Identify accounting and financial issues and suggest timely solutions 4. Support month-end and year-end close process 5. Manage quality control over financial transactions and reporting 6. Manage the budgeting and forecasting 7. Produce financial statements as requested 8. Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting 9. Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings. 10. Debt Raising and Fund Raising
