Chief Financial Officer - Renewable Energy/Infra

Role : CFO

- For a large renewable company based in Delhi NCR

- CFO with strong Project finance background

- Minimum 15 years of working experience in large infrastructure/ renewable / project space

- Handle a team of about 60 people

- Close personal association with banks/ PSUs/ IBanks

- Should have personally handled debt raise, equity raise, bonds/ other financial and refinancing instruments.

- Should be aware of Core Accounting/ Audit/ Taxation processes in large infrastructure space
