- Experience : 10+ Years
- Candidates should be from Real Estate Industry.
- Good in Collections, target, Costing, Cash flow, Team leadership and Management.
- Good exposure in finance controller.
- Drive the company's financial planning.
- Should be a dynamic and Energetic person to drive the senior and junior team of respective department.
- Develop financial strategies by forecasting capital, facilities, and staff requirement.
- Identifying monetary resources; developing action plans.
- Monitors financial performance by measuring and analyzing results
- Initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact.
- Maintaining relationships with Banks & Financial Institutions.
- Arranging & Syndication of ICD / FCNRB / Short Term loans / Long Term loans, Commercial Paper, Securitization of receivables, Debt Swap for various clients from Banks, Corporates, Financial Institutions and High Net Worth Individuals.
- Proficient in Fund raising for Real Estate Business & Real Estate Investments on behalf of developers.
- Feasibility study of Land / Joint Venture proposals.
- Constant endeavor to provide innovative solutions to various financial requirements of our clients.
