- Monthly book closing and its reporting with explanation of manufacturing variance with Budgets/Forecasts control of capital and Revenue expenses work

- Controlling, Business Controlling, Finalization of accounts, OPEX controlling, Cost Estimation, Risk assessment, presentations to

- Unit Management/ Senior Management of the group about unit performance & initiatives review of Workload, Time Booking, initiate appropriate Action plans to improve the Site Performance comparison with actual, getting into the deep dive analysis where ever required.

- Ensure the entire monthly / quarterly / half / yearly statutory returns are filed on time without any discrepancy.

- Overall responsible for day to day functioning of finance & accounts & Controlling.

- Budgeting & Forecasting: Yearly plan, Quarterly Forecasts, Monthly Revenue & cash Forecasts, Computation of Hourly rate and to undertake various simulations based on need.

- Internal Controls - Enforcement of Delegation of Authority, Segregation of duties, Access Control to ERP's and other tools, Document Retention, Self- Assessment of Internal Controls and initiating Action Plans whenever required, Review of General Ledgers, Implementation of Groups processes in various activities at the unit.

- Inventory Management - Inventory management & control, Provisions for obsolescence and non-moving inventory, Physical verification and its analysis.

- Fixed Assets Controlling - Maintain & review of Fixed Assets register. Periodical verification of Fixed Asset as per organization policy.

- Coordinate Actual and Quarterly Forecasts data tracking for Capital expenditure at the site.

- Statutory compliances - Ensure all statutory compliances including tax such as Excise, VAT, Service Tax, GST, Customs, TDS & filing of return. Liaison with Income Tax authorities and appearing in person, in case of any personal hearing notice is served.

- Incentives -Take all necessary steps to avail tax incentives like duty Drawback, Advance Licensing, EPCG License.

- Any other - Like interaction with Statutory Auditors, Internal Auditors, Cost Auditors or other assignments as per the initiatives taken up by the company/unit.


- Liaison with Banks.

- Development of accounting processes, policies and manuals, SOP's.

- Measurement - Timely preparation of the information, Accuracy of the information and Transparency in the communication

- Arranging funds and interaction with various banking and non banking companies for various needs of the organization from time to time.
