Talent Monitor, an executive search and recruitment firm, is working with a leading domestic Private Equity (PE) fund that is looking for a CFO.
The CFO will be hired by the PE fund and deputed to its portfolio companies. The first deputation is with one of the major hospitality (casual dining restaurant) companies that is looking for aggressive growth in the post COVID era.
The CFO will work very closely with the promoters and the Private Equity fund to execute a turnaround as well as achieve growth through multi-brand cloud kitchens and international franchises. On rolls with the PE fund, the successful candidate will not only lead the entire finance function of the portfolio company but also be actively involved in operations. The role could potentially evolve to a quasi-COO. This is a very high impact role as there are specific areas of work to deliver and a clear way forward.
Key requirements:
- CA with 15-25 years of progressive experience within the finance function
- Experience of having raised equity from PE and VC funds as well as debt from Banks and NBFCs. Strong relationships with investors and lenders.
- Strong finance professionals who have the gravitas to work in an unstructured/fast-paced environment and still achieve a turnaround of the company.
- Demonstrate stability/longevity in her/his career
