Chief Financial Officer - Pharmaceutical - CA

Title: Chief Financial Officer

Reporting to : CEO

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare financial statements and ensure organizational readiness to clear statutory audits.

- Provide MIS (Managerial Information System) reporting on the Company's financial and operational performance.

- Strengthen organizational protocols and IT systems.

- Maintain tax and regulatory compliance.

- Optimize working capital outlay by establishing operational thresholds for customers based on quality of collections and coordinating with creditors on the management of payables .

- Drive down cost of capital and ensure adequate liquidity by creating various options for debt financing

- Support strategic initiatives on financing and project evaluation

Ideal Candidate:

- A Chartered Accountant with 10-15 years of experience in corporate finance preferably working with a Pharmaceutical / manufacturing company.
