Chief Financial Officer - Pharma Distribution - CA

Job Description:

Our client, a leading pharma distribution company based in Kinshasa, is seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead their financial operations. The ideal candidate will have 10-12 years of experience in financial management, with a strong background in the pharmaceutical distribution industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.

- Manage cash flow, working capital, and investment strategies to ensure financial stability.

- Provide financial insights and guidance to support strategic decision-making.

- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.

- Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental and company goals.

- Collaborate with senior management to optimize financial performance and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CA Mandatory.

- Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role within the pharma distribution industry.(around 5 years)

- Strong knowledge of financial management, regulatory requirements, and risk management.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

- Fluent in English and French; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
