Brief of the JD
- To be a strategic Partner to the management and to facilitate business decision with precise financial output.
- To build an organizational architecture through an integrated approval towards leveraging IT interface.
- Build a strategic finance plan for the company based on the financial parameters to achieve the short term and Long Term goals of the company.
- Partner with the business leader to develop business plans, budgets & monitor and drive corrective measures to ensure that the business plan is achieved.
- Design and implement a financial action plan based on the strategic plan to increase the ROCE, EPS and ROI of the organization.
- Evaluate the options of streamlining existing working capital flows.
