Reporting to : CEO

Key deliverable :

Budgeting and strategy :

- Develop and present the strategy for the company to the members of the board. Once approved communicate the same to the entire team to build a shared understanding of the strategic intent

- Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships, future project opportunities, opportunities for inorganic growth, new business/ products in the FMCG space and present the same to the members of the board

Financial & Control :

Costs & Profits Management :

- Ensure achievement of target top line and bottom line across the entire portfolio

- Maximize profitability for NBFL through increased sales and cost control

- Works towards debt and interest reduction

- Handling credit rating companies

Audit Functions :

- Ensure both statutory and internal audits are being carried out within stipulated time frame

- Ensure all statutory compliance including tax, ESI, PF etc

- Ensure compliance to corporate governance practices of the company

- Ensure transparency and transactions at Arms Length

- Ensure timely TP studies

Budget Adherence :

- Ensure that all functions adhere to their allocated budgets and monitor deviations if any

MIS :

- Provide monthly and quarterly MIS reporting

- Track various KPI identified by the management including working capital cycle

Risk Mitigation :

- Follow a proper hedging policy to avoid any currency risk

Desired Criteria :

- Chartered Accountant with 15 to 20 years of experience out of which at least 10 years should have been in food industry. Additional qualification such as CFA, MBA shall be desirable

- Should have worked in Companies which have multiple production locations

- Should have handled the above functions independently preferably as a CFO

- Having worked with a listed company or part of the listed company or a Private Equity (PE) assisted company shall be preferable

- Should be an excellent leader with strong organization skills

- Excellent communication and people skills

- Strong analytical and forecasting skills
