Job Description : - Responsible for planning, implementation, managing operations of all the finance activities at the group level, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting and negotiations, as well as statutory compliances. - Develops finance organizational strategies by contributing financial and accounting information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and establishing functional objectives in line with organizational objectives. - Establishes finance operational strategies by evaluating trends, establishing critical measurements; determining production, customer-service strategies; designing systems; accumulating resources; resolving problems and implementing change. - Create and evaluate the financial programs and supporting information systems of the company to include budgeting, tax planning and conservation of assets. - Develops organization prospects by economic trends and revenue opportunities; projecting acquisition and expansion prospects; analysing organization operations; identifying opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, and systems enhancement; and accumulating capital to fund expansion. - Ensuring timely and adequate arrangements of long term and short term finance impact of the company. - Liaison and Relationship Management with banks / financial institutions. - Analysing financial ratios and financial health of the Company and advise management in undertaking corrective actions as required. - Oversee the approval and processing of revenue, expenditure, position control documents, budgets, mass salary updates, ledger and account maintenance. - Develop and implement finance, accounting, billing and auditing procedures. - Develop and guide the implementation of strategic business and / or operational plans, projects, programs and systems. - To keep abreast with the latest changes in external ecosystem, accounting standards, commercial practices, commercial and tax laws and project by analysing their impact on the company from time to time.
